Cancellations made 14+ days before check-in receive a full refund. Cleaning fees are always refunded in full.Description text goes here

Cancellations made 7–13 days before arrival receive a 50% refund of the nightly rate.

Cancellations made within 6 days of arrival are non-refundable. If we rebook the same dates, we will refund any portion recaptured. -
Date changes made 14+ days before arrival are allowed based on availability. Changes inside 14 days follow the standard cancellation policy.

Routine seasonal weather does not qualify for refunds. Official evacuation orders for our area qualify for full refunds or rescheduling.

“A Great Find”
I have stayed at several Airbnb homes, but this was one of the best. They had posted instructions on everything in the house (including the TV). Each day, they texted me recommendations on the area. They bent over backwards to ensure we had a great stay, and we did. Thank you for making us feel at home. 5 stars at least!!!

The property was lovely inside and out! We enjoyed relaxing on the porch in the evening after a long drive. The yard is lovely. Everything felt well thought out, so the guests are comfortable, right down to providing bath salt for the wonderful claw-foot tub. We would highly recommend this little gem!
